Wagyu Beef Share

We are pleased to offer some Wagyu Beef.  This breed is known for their marbling and flavor profile.

We have a very limited supply but are excited about the future.

Pricing: 

- $5.25/lb for the hanging weight of the size you select below, This is paid to Southern Roots Ranch Beef

- processing: will be paid directly to Brookview Farm & Meats, this is roughly $1.25/lb of hanging weight

- estimated hanging weight is 700 total lbs., will get roughly 65% of hanging weight in packaged beef depending on how you select it is cut.

         - quarter= 175 total lbs x $5.25 = $918.75

         - half = 350 total lbs x $5.25 = $1,837.50

         - whole= 700 total lbs x $5.25= $3,675.00

- Deposit required for quarter is $250 and for the half is $500

- Our waygu cattle will be harvested and available in June and July 2024
